The owner treated customers terribly, verbally abusing them in a really frustrating way. People shouldn't go there.

I ended up stuck out on the street when I got there!!! I'd booked through Go2joy, but the hotel told me it was full. The staff were awful to deal with, and when I called the owner, she blamed the Go2joy app, saying it couldn't hold rooms after guests booked and that this caused scheduling conflicts. Neither the staff nor the owner apologized once. Completely unprofessional, terrible service, and they still want to make money off people.

The facilities were poor, and the staff had a bad attitude. Prices were high, with room rates that weren't clearly explained.

The staff seemed uninterested. The bathrooms and sinks were filthy, and the prices were high and the room rates unclear.

For a guesthouse more than 2km from the lake, this is enough for me: it's small and clean, reasonably priced, lets you book online, and the service isn't too much trouble.
