San Seize Hanoi Hotel

There are restaurants and shops nearby, and while the hotel is a little far from the city centre, getting around by Grab is easy and affordable. We arrived late in the evening and Quang handled our check-in. He was friendly and gave us an appreciated room upgrade. Our two rooms on the fifth floor, 502 and 505, were okay, though neither was very large. Room 505 had a lot of traffic noise, so it wouldn't suit someone sensitive to sound. There were small ants in its bathroom. The shower pressure was okay, but warm water took a long time to come through. We also heard noise from other guests, reported it to reception, and the issue was resolved. Housekeeping came daily and left two bottles of water. The WhatsApp number they gave us was convenient for asking for anything or reporting a problem. The hotel was only four months old, but some of the room finishing was already rough, with peeling paint and spots that weren't properly sealed. There are two jacuzzis, a sauna, and a gaming centre. We didn't use them, but they looked modern. Breakfast was included and we tried it a few times. It wasn't anything special, the bread was dry and the pho wasn't very tasty. Luckily there are lots of restaurants nearby. The rest of the staff were friendly and happy to chat, and always available if we needed help. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in Hanoi.

Ruby at the front desk and David both made the stay feel special. Ruby was so kind and ready to help, while David came across as professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and peaceful, yet still close to everything in Hanoi. My room was roomy and thoughtfully designed, with a really comfortable bed. The spa, jacuzzi, and rooftop were great places to wind down after a long day, and the whole property seemed well cared for.

From check-in onward, the team made things easy. They greeted me warmly, communicated clearly, and dealt with my requests efficiently. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. I especially appreciated how willing they were to do a little extra so I felt comfortable and looked after. Their service made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

Ruby made a lovely first impression, coming out with an umbrella in the rain and offering a room upgrade when she noticed I had several bags. She was thoughtful and kind. The hot tub and breakfast were highlights for me, with lots of fresh, tasty choices each morning, and the spa was a nice way to relax after traveling. My room and the facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I liked the place enough to extend my stay, since the experience was even better than expected. Thanks to the whole team for the warm service and modern, high-quality accommodation. I'd gladly return and recommend it to others 🌟
