A waste of money. The rooms smell, there's no breakfast, and the electric kettle was dirty with eggshell in it. They didn't clean, and the place is overpriced.

I was very satisfied and would come back if I had the chance. The rooms were clean and had the equipment I needed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was convenient to get around from the location.

There’s a market and lots of food stalls beside the hotel, and it’s very central for visiting Hanoi attractions. Our room was fairly spacious and had a hairdryer and electric kettle. The price was cheap, and free parking was right in front. The owner was friendly too. We asked downstairs, and they gave us two brand-new pairs of slippers, still smelling of fresh plastic, haha.

Reading the reviews, people are trying to learn about New Hotel II on Nguyen Cong Hoan street. The hotel has a terrible attitude. I don't understand how they can open a hotel and hire a receptionist for a few hundred thousand dong, then scam customers and ruin their reputation.
