There's no reception desk, so you need to book online. The owner was polite and friendly, sent detailed check-in instructions and directions, and can help if you get lost in the deep alley. Read the instructions carefully. The place matched the photos and was fully furnished, with lots of cute things like plates, chopsticks, bowls, and knives, though we didn't get a chance to use them. There were plenty of towels and tissues, plus a hairdryer, comb, toothbrush, shower gel, and shampoo. You can bring your own personal items if you like. It's clean, centrally located for easy access, and has the necessary amenities.
