The noise was constant because the building has no sound privacy. I could hear guests moving around on every floor, and the construction seemed substandard. But what made the stay a disaster was the staff. I believe reception and management worked with the cleaning staff to spread malicious lies and defamatory claims about me. They also seemed to bring in outsiders to do hotel work, which left accountability unclear. The place felt built on slander and targeted harassment. If you expect professional service and respect for your reputation, stay away.

I paid in full when I booked two days ahead, but when I arrived they told me there were no rooms left. The staff were evasive and I couldn't find the owner. It disrupted my travel plans and cost me money. I've never run into a hotel like this in Hanoi.

Next time I'm on a work trip, I'll consider staying here again. The rates are very reasonable, and the rooms are clean and attractive. The reception staff were thoughtful and attentive, and the location made getting around convenient. If you're traveling for work in Dong Anh, visit Titanic 3 hotel in Bau village, Dong Anh district, Hanoi and give it a try 💖💖
