The location was a plus: night markets are about a 5-minute walk away, there are several restaurants nearby, and the staff tried to help with our needs. But the hotel fell short for what we paid. The air conditioning didn't work during our entire 3-night stay, the fridge was broken, and the sink drain wasn't working properly. The room also looked quite different from the website photos, which felt misleading. Breakfast was difficult for vegetarians, with hardly any choices, and the crowded dining area made it hard to find a seat.

Mr. Long was especially welcoming and always smiling. The staff were cooperative, and the property was good value for money. Our room was neat, and they cleaned it every day without fail. I enjoyed staying here, and the service was good too. Five stars 🌟

Ms. Thao came through on her promise to move us to a better room after our first night, when we arrived late and the room wasn't great. The new one was clean and modern, and it had a window. We also appreciated the friendly, caring staff. There's a nice park across the street for a walk, exercise, or photos, and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Thanks, Ms. Thao, for sorting out such a lovely room! ❤️

Quenny was so friendly, and we had a lovely time chatting with her about where we're from and our trip. She also helped us when we asked to leave our luggage very early, before check-in. The room was nice, with a really big, soft bed, and we slept like babies 😅. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet, and it was delicious 😍.

Ms Queeny at the front office was warm and pleasant, and she knew the city well enough to guide us around. We stayed in the quad bed room. The food, amenities, and stay were all fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. We'll definitely come back. A big thank you.
