We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, which had spacious, very clean rooms and beautiful views over the Trúc Bạch River. The pool and gym were handy, and the price made the stay incredibly affordable. The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful, including helping me contact my relatives and sort things out with Grab drivers. Skyline Tower Hanoi is also close to lots of food spots, cafés, and everyday amenities, so getting around was easy. Highly recommend for comfort and great service in Hanoi. Thanks so much ❤️

We've been returning for 10 years, visiting our relatives in Hanoi each year from Hong Kong, and this hotel and serviced apartment has become our family's home away from home. The host always makes us feel welcome, and the price is very reasonable for the location in the heart of Hanoi and the excellent service. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the famous lake. After a long flight, we enjoy the pool and gym, and the on-site convenience store has high-quality daily products that make longer stays easier. We wouldn't consider staying elsewhere and are already looking forward to next year.

The host and management team were quick to respond throughout, from check-in to check-out, and answered our small questions promptly. The apartment was bright, clean, and well looked after, with a comfortable layout and everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the building felt secure. It's on a quieter street but close to everything, with coffee nearby and the Old Quarter only a few minutes away. I liked that the neighborhood felt local rather than overly touristy. I'd stay again.

A convenient shop downstairs had snacks, drinks, and basic groceries, which came in handy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The building is on a quiet street, so it was peaceful to come back to after exploring Hanoi. I'd definitely recommend it.

The pool was a great size, with a lovely view of the city below, and room service each day was very good, though I hadn't expected it. Our 20th-floor room had a fantastic view by day and looked pretty at night. The bedrooms were huge, the living room was a good size, and having a mini laundry was really helpful. The male reception staff were very nice, but the female staff member was always on her phone, like everyone else in Vietnam. The kitchen stove wasn't very clean. Most places were only a $3 Grab ride away.
