The staff at Tran Trang Boutique Hotel looked after me so well during my five-day stay. Everyone was kind, supportive, and greeted me with a big smile. Reception made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and they helped with everything I needed to stay comfortable. The service honestly felt like a 10/10. I’d happily stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thanks to the guys at reception for being so helpful and warm every day.

The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and caring, though they kept pressing us to leave a review. I’d rather share feedback in my own time, without that pressure. We booked at the last minute because the hotel was described as “luxury,” but the room we got had no window and felt very uncomfortable to me. The photos had given us a different impression, so after one night we moved to another hotel. Lovely people, but the hotel didn’t live up to what we expected.

Friendly, helpful staff and good A/C that kept the room cool whenever we came back. Everything from food and shopping to bars was close by. I had a great stay in Hanoi and would definitely come here again.

Celine and Elvis made our first hotel stay in Vietnam especially nice. The check-in went smoothly, the room was clean and spacious enough, and the hotel is centrally located. They also kept our luggage for the day after checkout. A good place to spend a couple of days in Hanoi.

Celine was so lovely and kind, and kept checking that my stay was going the way I wanted. She arranged several tours for me and even texted while I was away from Hanoi to see if everything was running smoothly. I had an incredible stay, and she made it even better.
