Trang Trang Luxury Hotel

We spent four nights here and really enjoyed Hanoi. The staff were consistently kind, gave us a gift with a handwritten note, and even prepared takeaway breakfast for our early tours. They suggested a room upgrade at a fair price, and we were glad we took it: the larger room was clean, had a proper window and AC, and suited us well. The main city attractions were close by. Thanks to everyone for making the stay so pleasant. We’d recommend it.

Our room for three had loads of space, including a separate living room, and the hotel’s French-style design was charming. The staff, especially Luynh, were wonderful: he helped with what we needed and shared useful places to visit. They also checked each day whether we wanted the room cleaned, which made us feel looked after. It’s close to shops and the weekend night market, and there’s a good range of food. Breakfast was tasty, though the choices were mostly the same each day. We didn’t mind much. We had a great stay and would book here again.

The hotel welcomed us so warmly, and I even got a rose for Women's Day. Breakfast upstairs on the rooftop had fresh fruit, Vietnamese specialties, and continental options, with a nice view over Hanoi. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the bed was really comfortable. There was a small bathroom issue, but they fixed it right away. The location is central yet quiet, with restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We made the hotel our base for more than a week and loved our time in Hanoi. Its spot in the heart of the Old Quarter made getting around on foot or by public transport easy. Mornings started with breakfast and a bird's-eye view of the city, plus plenty of fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, chicken pho, and more. Even though the hotel was nearly full, the team worked with us when we asked to change rooms. After checking in around midnight, we first moved to a room with an exterior window, which is unusual in the Old Quarter. When a balcony room opened up, they offered that too. The staff were thoughtful throughout and made the stay special. Highly recommend.
