Veshia Hotel & Spa

The rooms are on the small side, but clean and looked after. The staff were so welcoming and lovely, hi to the reception girls! I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay. Cheap and good.

A busy road runs right beside the hotel, so I'd definitely bring earplugs. Inside, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast came as a set menu, with tasty food and a generous portion. Great value for money.

Getting to the Old Quarter meant taking the overhead bridge each time, and that got a little tedious even though the hotel is nearby. We were on the 5th floor and didn't have trouble with highway noise, but I'd still ask for a higher room if possible. We had a very enjoyable three-night stay at Veshia Hotel and Spa. The room was small but practical and had what we needed. The staff were consistently welcoming and incredibly helpful, and their service was the best part of the stay. Breakfast was a set menu with a decent selection of basics. They also packed breakfast for us when we had an early departure, which we really appreciated. Even with the bridge crossing, the comfort and wonderful staff make Veshia a place I'd recommend.

The rooftop garden and bar was a relaxing place to unwind, with a good city view after a busy day. The hotel itself isn't large, but the space is used well and our clean room had comfortable beds and all the amenities you'd expect for the price, maybe more. It's just across the road from the Old Quarter, with the footbridge very close by for getting to food, shops, and sights. Staff were enthusiastic, polite, professional, and helpful, and made the whole stay feel warm and easy. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but the set menu offered plenty of choices, more than a standard decent hotel buffet.
