There’s a bit of noise, but that’s expected and outside the hotel’s control. Breakfast could be hit or miss, so go early if you want to be sure there’s food left. Luckily there are great places to eat right outside. The management and reception make the place feel like home, and My Limm goes out of the way to answer questions and meet expectations. Thanks for making Hanoi feel peaceful when it mattered.

The staff were great, spoke English, and were willing to help with anything. The area is handy for Beer Street and other attractions, and the hotel looks nice from the outside. But the room was small and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. It’s the Old Quarter, but there are plenty of other places that feel more updated and comfortable for guests. The elevator made an electrical shorting sound as we reached our floor, and I didn’t like having to carry an old-fashioned key attached to a card. The room and bathroom cleanliness were below what I’d expect as a minimum.

The location is just right, within good walking distance of everything. The rooms are quiet and nice. Linn and Audrey were lovely, spoke English, and made the hospitality here feel special. Service was quick too. If you’ll be out most of the day, book a simple room; if you expect to spend time at the hotel, choose one facing the road.

The rooms are a bit old, but the location is perfect and close to everything. The service was excellent, with the staff doing what they could to help when we needed a taxi or an early check-in.
