Airport Hotel Hanoi Convenient & Friendly

The owner greeted us outside when we arrived around 10pm and quickly showed us to our private room so we could rest. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was tasty. Communication beforehand was great, and the offered airport pickup made a late arrival much easier. We also booked a Ha Long Bay boat trip through the hostel and had an amazing time. Couldn’t have asked for a better first day in Hanoi. ⭐️

The room’s AC was weak, though the fan helped. My boyfriend really enjoyed the breakfast they made for him, but I missed it because my flight left too early. The staff were approachable and very helpful, so I’d still give the place five stars. 😁

There was no room available when we got there, and they couldn’t find our Expedia reservation. Expedia was at fault too. Don’t trust them.

The dorm was clean and comfortable, with AC, privacy curtains, good beds, and clean bathrooms. Breakfast included eggs, bread, and fruit. I asked the night staff to handle my laundry and have it ready by the next morning, and they agreed without any trouble. They were accommodating when I arrived after a rainy night and asked if I needed anything. Hanoi airport is close, which makes this a handy place for an early flight or a late arrival. Thanks to Dung for the hospitality and service. I’d stay again and recommend it to other travelers.
