Vision Premier Hotel & Spa

Breakfast worked for all our dietary needs, and every morning the room cleaning team left us complimentary coffee and water. The service was great, thanks especially to Lily, Thong, Chien and Tom, who were amazing. I loved being near the main high street food spots and shops. Thank you, I’d definitely stay again.

The friendly receptionist was a bright spot, really enthusiastic and welcoming. The location is handy, and breakfast is included, but the choices were limited and I didn’t enjoy the food. For what I paid, it didn’t feel like good value. The room was small and dated, with a noisy AC and poor sound insulation that meant I woke up to all kinds of noise in the morning. The hair dryer didn’t work, the phone and remotes were dusty and sticky, there was no tissue box, and the sheets and towels didn’t feel clean.

The rooms were awful: lumpy beds, dirty showers with blocked drains, and such thin walls that it felt like sleeping in the neighbors’ bathroom. The reception staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, but I still found the place a dump. Avoid it if you can.

The location and breakfast were the two good parts. Our room had no window, the AC didn’t work, and there was no hot water in the shower. It was tiny, too, and the price felt way too high for the room and service we got. Really disappointed with the stay.
