VNAHOMES Serviced Apartment

I was very happy with my stay and would come back when I visit Hanoi. I was there from 25-30 January 2026, and the room was excellent. At other, more expensive hotels I've stayed in, things didn't compare to VNA. The heater, kettle, and everything else worked without a problem. The staff went beyond what I expected. They responded quickly, were helpful and informative, and provided everything I asked for. Special thanks to Annie (female staff with glasses) and Leo (the Supervisor), who helped us with a lot and were very kind. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the Old Quarter, so plan for the trip if you have a lot to do there, like I did. If you'd rather stay somewhere relaxing with a beautiful lake view, this is a great option.

Being far from home over Christmas and missing my family, I found a lot of comfort in my stay at VnaHomes. The place has two buildings side by side and felt secure, clean, and decent, in a decent location. The rooms get natural light and a breeze, and have nice little kitchens, utensils, and a good-sized fridge. Every room has a washing machine and detergent, and the bathrooms have the essentials, including towels. The staff were professional and attentive. Leo was my main man, with great communication and understanding, and so were all the staff. Hanoi was overcast most of the time, with no sun, but VnaHomes had what I needed during that time. I got a very cute complimentary gift at checkout, and I love it. Thank you, VnaHomes.

The bed really is as hard as a rock. Still, I had an amazing stay at VnaHomes. The stylish, immaculate room made me feel at home, and the location was close to attractions but peaceful. Special thanks to Ng ha, nang, thanh for their exceptional service.

Michael and Leo looked after me really well. The rooms have everything you need, and it’s in a quiet area. Easily my favorite hotel in Hanoi, and the staff are super friendly.
