Poonsa Duy Tan Hotel and Serviced Apartment

Good value for the money, with good service.

For about $25, you can get a room with a separate bedroom and kitchen. The rooms are nice, the price is reasonable, and the reception and cleaning staff are polite. It’s conveniently located too. But there’s a construction site across the road. Big trucks arrive with materials at 1 a.m. and unload steel pipes, and I can’t get to sleep until nearly 3 a.m. There’s a reason the place is cheap.

Calling this a “Deluxe Executive” room feels like a stretch when there’s no soap, no double glazing, and a window in the room without curtains. Service was practically nonexistent, and the reception staff could be friendlier. The hotel is far from everything, with a construction site right next door, so don’t expect much sleep.

I had a short business trip, and the stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and well equipped, the staff were enthusiastic, and the location made it easy to get to work. The parking garage was large and convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
