It was peaceful here despite Hanoi being such a noisy city, and the price for this level of comfort was very affordable. The place was great, with no issues at all. It’s tucked away on a well-developed street.

I was shocked by how poor the cleanliness was. I’m from Europe, and the hygiene standards felt very, very low. The staff were friendly, but we also came to feel that the hotel was more geared toward “adult entertainment” activities.

There was Netflix and the room was fully furnished, but I didn’t feel it was worth the price. It smelled bad from the moment we arrived, and there were socks left behind by the previous guest in the wardrobe. The towels were old, too. I stayed one night, and the bathroom’s sewer smell was so strong that it spread through the room even with the toilet door shut. It was awful. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves things.

The room cost more than the listed rate, and the towels were dirty and ripped. There was no hot water, and the toilet door wouldn’t lock. The furniture itself looked like a nice initial investment.
