Our flight ended up running late because of what happened when we were leaving. The two Indian men who own the hotel held on to our bags and took our money, and told our driver not to take the car without their permission. During the stay, the staff were arrogant and caused us a lot of trouble. They also kept things in the room and charged us after we used them.

It’s a compact place, but the room felt cozy and the hotel was comfortable. They had lovely Tet decorations up. We paid around 600k for one night in a queen room for two, which seemed reasonable.

Needs a proper clean, at the very least. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they renovate it or get it cleaned properly.

The room they assigned took far too long, and the staff were rude throughout. The pictures show rooms that are completely different from what guests get, which feels misleading and leaves tourists feeling harassed. A very poor stay, not even worth one star.

The rooms are new and cozy, and the staff were superb. Prices for the rooms are a little high, though, and don’t expect anything luxurious. Breakfast was good, but there wasn’t much variety. I liked the rooftop bar, even if the view isn’t anything special.
