A really pleasant stay at a nice, affordable hotel in Hanoi. The room was clean, with a balcony, though I never used it since I was out all day and tired when I got back. The bathroom was nice, the shower had hot and cold water, and there was air-conditioning, a TV, and a small fridge. The employees were polite and kind. I’d paid for breakfast with the room, which made mornings convenient, and it was delicious. It was nice to eat in the hotel before heading out. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi who just wants somewhere comfortable to rest. Much love ❤️ 💙

The location is awesome, with everything feeling within walking distance, and the staff were welcoming. Ha at reception speaks English fluently and was really helpful. Dat was friendly too. Even after checkout, he offered us water and quickly helped gather our luggage.

The hotel was calm and quiet inside, which was a real plus, and my room was spotless with good Wi-Fi. It’s in a very convenient spot. There was some street noise, but earplugs helped. Thanks especially to Trang, who sorted out the issues I had.

We paid for a Premium King room and were given something so tiny that opening the door meant stepping straight onto the bed. A big pillar in the middle made the cramped space feel even smaller. Staff said the layout left room for the common area, but that didn’t make it acceptable. There was no privacy: we heard conversations outside and could smell people cooking. The sound insulation and ventilation were awful for a hotel charging premium rates. The bathroom supplies were disappointing too. They provided only cheap shampoo and shower gel, and after using them my hair got extremely dry and started falling out. The front desk said the hotel was eco-friendly, so it didn’t provide all amenities. That explanation seemed ridiculous when the items they did supply, like toothbrushes, combs, and shower caps, were plastic. Is that environmental protection, or just cutting costs while misleading guests? Recyclable and eco-friendly products exist, but very little here seemed genuinely eco-friendly. I wanted to raise this with a manager, but most staff wore the same clothes, so I couldn’t tell who was in charge. That reflected the poor management to me. This hotel felt dishonest and unprofessional. Guests deserve an accurate description and basic comfort, not excuses and misleading marketing. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ll never come back or recommend it.

The free laundry facilities and central location were positives, but the poor soundproofing made nights noisy. Also, the water was cut off from around 6 to 8 a.m., so there was none for basic hygiene before heading out. I paid extra for a Premium City View room because I wanted a window, but it was permanently locked. The hotel said this was for safety, though the listing hadn’t mentioned it. There was visible dust around the window, wardrobe, and bedside table. No bottled water was provided; instead there was a shared dispenser in the common area, inconvenient when you aren’t dressed to go out just for a drink. The curtain got caught against the bed and couldn’t close all the way, so changing clothes felt uncomfortable. The staff response was inconsistent. I arrived in heavy rain with a 20 kg suitcase. Three receptionists were at the desk, but none offered to help carry it up the stairs. As a woman travelling alone, that made for a disappointing and uncomfortable first impression.
