We were a group of 20, and during the festive season it was hard to find a restaurant that could take all of us. Manager Ms. Lan listened to what we needed and kindly arranged meals to suit our preferences despite limited resources. She was caring and approachable, and her planning made us feel valued and well looked after. Mr. Anh at the Front Desk was patient, professional, and attentive during a very busy period. He handled our group’s arrangements efficiently and calmly. Even with limited staffing, everything had been prepared well for our arrival, so check-in was smooth. The hotel gave us a warm, sincere welcome, and the whole team offered heartfelt, attentive service throughout. We felt blessed from the moment we arrived. Hospitality exceeded our expectations, and this is easily one of the best choices in Hanoi. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The one drawback was breakfast, especially if you want a filling vegetarian or Indian meal. Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, particularly Mr Phuong, who responded well whenever we needed assistance. Another female receptionist helped us a lot too, and the rest of the staff were great.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well organized, and we had an amazing stay in Hanoi. Mrs. Lan, the restaurant supervisor, helped us a lot and gave consistently outstanding service. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made a real difference. And mrs Quynh showed the best hospitaliy. Highly recommended!

The pool was a letdown: it’s small, not temperature-controlled, and on the ground floor without much privacy. The gym was being maintained during our visit, so I couldn’t try it. The hotel isn’t in the city center, though the location worked well for us. There are lots of local restaurants and cafés nearby, and the hotel’s local dishes were already more than satisfying for our team, one local and one international guest. The facilities are good, the food is excellent, especially the breakfast buffet and complimentary afternoon tea, and the self-service laundry is a nice extra. Novotel Suites Hanoi is a solid option for tourists or business travelers. We had a positive stay and I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

Minh deserves special thanks for arranging fresh vegetarian food for my mother. She had plenty of delicious options for evening snacks, and his effort made her feel cared for. The hot chocolate was also genuinely one of the best I’ve had. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and we never needed to call or remind staff about anything. That kind of proactive service meant a lot. All four of us thought it was a 10/10 experience, and the team made our time in Hanoi even better. We’ll recommend Novotel Suites Hanoi and look forward to staying again.
