When booking.com cancelled the homestay I'd booked, I checked two or three other places, but they were full, so I ended up here. The staff were really helpful. They only had a large room with a balcony available at first, but she quickly offered me a cheaper room from the next day that suited me better, and said I could pay later. The rooms felt a bit old, though they were clean and cozy, with the essentials like a hair dryer, electric kettle, snacks and mini bar. Ben Thanh market is about a five minute walk away, and Bui Vien walking street is under a kilometer away. There's lots of food nearby and a travel agency right outside. No complaints at all. I'd definitely stay again.

A good small hotel for a short visit, with most of the main attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. Although the area was quite busy, we couldn't hear the street from our room. A good choice for backpackers or solo travellers.

The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the room was spacious and in a great location. The hotel itself is a little old, and the bathroom shower didn't work properly. Apart from that, everything was good. Recommended.

The balcony view was amazing, looking out over the streets, and I love ho chi minh city. The people here are very nice and kind. I loved this hotel, and the service was very good. Chau at reception was kind, nice and enthusiastic, and always ordered and bought food for us. Thuong, the room cleaner, was very nice and hardworking.

The location is prime, close to food, the local market, massage places and just about everything you need. Service was great, and the Wi-Fi was really strong and fast throughout the hotel. Breakfast is free, so don't expect too much, but that's fine at such an affordable room price. The rooms need upgrading: there was dirt and dust in places, and the bathroom tiles and bathtub needed a thorough clean. The AC in all three of our rooms couldn't cool them properly anymore and needs an upgrade.
