It was very quiet at night, and I had a pleasant stay in this apartment-style hotel. Each unit takes up a whole floor and has its own bathroom, which gives you a nice bit of privacy. The host was extremely hospitable, and staff cleaned the room daily. Laundry was available as an optional service. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, parks, and shops, and it’s easy to get a taxi to District 1.

The sign out front said a room was available, so I went in and asked for one. The man didn’t speak English and opened a translation app; I repeated what I needed. Right then, another person came in, asked for a room in Vietnamese, and was told there was one left and to book online. I was left stranded. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The receptionist Dungg Dungg was super friendly, nice, and always ready to help, which made for a very good stay. The apartment had recently been renovated, and my spacious studio came with a kitchen, cookware, stove, microwave stove, and refrigerator. The large shower room had a nice bathtub. At first, water drained slowly during showers and left the bathroom a bit flooded, so I had to push it toward the drain. When I stayed in the same room again two months later, they had provided a water wipe, so I could dry the floor after showering. A good improvement.
