The location made it easy to walk to Ben Than market, Saigon Square, and lots of cafes, local eateries, and restaurants. My room faced a side street, but noise didn't bother me. The room was clean enough and stocked with toiletries and snacks. Service was okay. Reception staff could speak and understand English, while the other staff couldn't.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing, so don't count on getting a good breakfast here. The shower's hot water wasn't working properly either, it came out cold or lukewarm. The bathrooms also needed serious cleaning, with lots of mold. The location was good, with plenty of food, coffee, and bars in walking distance, and Bun Vien Walking Street nearby. The minibar had a nice selection of drinks and snacks, though I would've liked some sweets too.
The rooms were clean, the food was good, and it's well placed near popular places to eat and good coffee. Staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel felt beginner friendly for people visiting the area. See you next time.
It was quiet at night, so I slept really well. The room was spotless and neatly arranged, and the location near the city center made it easy to get to the main attractions. Excellent stay, highly recommend it.
The location and room were great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, including the receptionist and the security guards on the morning and night shifts. The breakfast lady was especially warm and cooked really good food.
