The location was the only decent thing. The front desk admitted that the hotel uses fake room photos on its profile, and our room looked nothing like the listing. I paid $63 usd/night for a room with one queen bed, even though I booked two double beds. We had that room for 80% of our stay. The bed wasn't made, the sheets were dirty, the lounge chair was dusty and stained, and there was mold on the walls.

I paid over 1m VND per night through booking.com, 2.25m VND for two nights, but the room didn't match the standard shown in the photos. It smelled musty and felt unhygienic. The air conditioner was very noisy, the furniture was in poor condition with questionable stains and blemishes, and the extra lock meant to stop intruders from forcing their way in didn't work. The huge difference between the real rooms and the booking.com pictures makes this place look like a tourist trap. I wouldn't recommend it.

KIM ANH gave me the best treatment I've had out of three massages in Vietnam. The price, service, and facility were all good. Highly recommend!

There were cockroaches and a bad smell from the plumbing. The hotel is outdated and needs urgent maintenance. Only one female receptionist met the standard. They charge 3% for card payments.

Mai and Dao were so sweet, and the service was really good. Mai was well trained as a masseuse and gave me the best massage.
