S Phuot Airport Hostel

I only stayed one night to be nearer the airport for an early flight. The dorm was clean, with fresh linen, and the hostel was quiet. There was a nice dining area where I could work. The staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast is free and self-serve, they can print documents for free, and you can buy lunch or dinner there too. My only issue was finding a nearby convenience store or market. Maybe I didn't walk far enough, but the staff directed me to a market about 1.5 km away, where I found everything I needed.

As the first guest, I had a great stay, and the owner made sure I was looked after. The breakfast included with the stay was filling and wonderful, with plenty of places to sit and eat. The room was very clean, the Wi-Fi was steady, and the AC kept it cold all night. The bed was comfortable and had a privacy shield, with lots of outlets for charging. The shower had hot water and was separate from the toilet, so I didn't have to work around the toilet to shower like in most Vietnamese showers. They provide soap for showering and handwashing. Lockers are available, though you may need your own lock. I didn't see bed bugs or coach roaches like at other hostels I've stayed in.

We arrived at 3am without a booking and called reception. They arranged a bed for us, which was amazing. It's within walking distance of the airport, with lots of great little restaurants nearby. The local food is good, guys! Breakfast is awesome, the food is good, and there's a free beer from 7 to 8pm. That really sets the tone for this amazing hostel. Best hostel for a reason.

I was happy with my stay and would book again. Breakfast is included, simple but good. The dorm was clean and comfortable, and my bed was clean, comfortable, and private. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful.
