We live on the 31 floor with our puppy, our son, and my husband. I'm a foreigner, and this place is foreigner friendly. The apartment is clean and quiet, with one and two bedroom options at a reasonable rent. The security is very nice, and it's easy to get a Grab, Bee car, or motorbike. There are convenience stores all over the complex ground floor and a big swimming pool. A water guy can deliver drinking water to your door; security has his number. A mega market is within walking distance, and there's a co op food store three minutes away. The gym is right across the street. There are also lots of day care schools nearby for children up to age 6.
