The hotel sits on a quiet side street near the busier parts of Ho Chi Minh City, and Ben Thanh markets are only a short walk away. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom facilities were excellent, and breakfast was quite adequate. There’s also laundry on the same level as the restaurant. This was my second stay at an MVillage Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and both times the staff and service were excellent. Everyone I dealt with had a superb attitude and was helpful with my needs and concerns. I’d give this hotel an eight or nine out of 10. The staff member explained the membership program to me, and I’ve joined. This is an independent review, not a paid one, as you can see from my other Google reviews.

The location worked really well for us: close to the Opera House, markets, and major attractions, but still peaceful at night. M Village in Saigon has a charming boutique feel, and our room was clean, well kept, and had a comfortable bed and what we needed for a relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and attentive, greeting us with smiles and ready to help. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.

The best part was how the M village team handled a valuable item we left behind on our departure day. They kept it safe and patiently answered our worried messages late at night. We were able to get it back without trouble, thanks to their support. We stayed four nights and enjoyed the clean, nicely decorated room. The location made it easy to reach the city’s main spots, too. A big thanks to the staff. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Getting around was easy from this spot close to the centre of HCM, and the price felt like good value. Our room was spacious and spotless. The staff were warm and attentive from check-in through check-out, and really made an effort to welcome us. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return next time.

The room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked well: the toilet flushed properly without smells or leaks, and the air conditioning kept us cool in the heat. The hotel is on a quiet street in a convenient area, within walking distance of Ben thanh market, with a cafe right there for a coffee to go. We loved staying here and will definitely come back.
