Such a good deal. The rooms and hotel are tastefully decorated, the shared spaces feel cozy, and there's free laundry. I don't usually book the same hotel twice, but Mvillage hotels really deliver.

The room and laundry facilities were things I liked, and my previous stay at another M village last year left me very satisfied with the service. I chose this hotel for the location, expecting it to be away from street noise because I'm a light sleeper. Instead it was very noisy every night. I'm not sure if the walls are thin or there's a big gap under the door, but around 3 am there's always a sound like someone hurriedly clearing plates. I hope the service at this M village can be better.

I've stayed at several branches around Vietnam, but this is the first time the staff's attitude has left me disappointed. When I checked in that afternoon, a petite girl with a lovely smile already seemed unfriendly, though I let it go. Later I asked her to help me get something. She smiled kindly, and I was even planning to tip her, but once she turned away, the smile vanished and she seemed irritated. Guests paying for good service shouldn't be treated that way. I hope management retrains the staff to improve their service attitude. I'll visit again, but I really hope the next stay is less unpleasant 🙁

The neighborhood is convenient for local restaurants and cafes, and the hotel is neat and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were some mosquitoes in the room, but they didn't bother me much. The pillows and linens were better quality than at my previous stay at Mvillage Nguyen Binh Khiem. I'll definitely be back.
