Everyone was very friendly.

I was quoted 100k VND an hour, but after staying for 35 minutes and checking out, I was charged 200k VND. They told me guests are automatically charged for two hours when they check in. I won't be back.

I paid 450k VND for seven days in room 502, but it felt like a loft and had no refrigerator or toilet. The drain smelled unbearable, there was no exhaust fan, and the plastic door was wobbly. The walls were drywall. I complained to management, but they couldn't fix the problems, and that price for the room was far too high. I left after just 30 hours, losing another day's payment and moving to a different hotel. It was a terrible experience. Avoid the place. One star is generous.

There are lots of shops nearby. It's an old-style motel, but my double room was spacious and nice, the bathroom was clean, and the price was okay.
