The cheapest balcony option came as a surprise because the bathroom is shared, something I hadn't found on Agoda. The other rooms are affordable too. The apartments are great, the staff are very helpful, and the owner is flexible. It’s away from the very noisy inner city, so even a room with a window lets you sleep.

I paid 630,000 VND per night and found the service awful. Whenever I came to reception, the male receptionist just sat behind the counter and didn't even greet me. The room also had no soundproofing, so noise from upstairs carried downstairs. It was incredibly frustrating to spend that much for such poor service. Be careful booking here. The owner's rude replies to customers in the comments say a lot about the service. Customers pay for service, not to beg for it. When reviews are poor, the owner blames customers and keeps arguing that they're right instead of improving. At this rate, the place will have to close soon. I will never visit or use this place again.
