The front desk and hospitality were fine, and the location is pretty typical for HCMC, so expect to walk for basically anything. My stay was just ok. I got athletes foot, so that wasn’t great, and the cleaning needs to improve.
8/10
Food and drinks are nearby. Clean place, good stay.
8/10
For a four-day self-quarantine stay, the price was reasonable. The room was clean and had adequate supplies. Ms.Nguyet at the front desk was helpful and resourceful.
2/10
In Room 604 the bedside lamp was broken, and there weren’t two complimentary bottles of water. I had to pay to buy water.
2/10
The cleaning was poor, with hair left behind from the previous guest. The room felt damp and moldy, and the dirty carpet was stained. Old, discolored sheets and flat, worn pillows made things worse. In the bathroom, the shower was broken and the toilet squeaked.
