The only small downside was the broken road outside Ara Gem Hotel. It barely mattered against how comfortable the stay was. My room was spacious, spotless, and stocked each day with six bottles of water, coffee sachets, and green tea. The AC worked perfectly, and housekeeping thoroughly cleaned the room and restroom every day. The room service staff were always happy to help whenever I called, and the owner and staff were kind and helpful at any time. There's a vegetarian food stall about a three-minute walk away and a BS Mart nearby for snacks or a quick bite. No complaints about the room at all. I stayed two weeks and honestly felt at home. A gem for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality, pun intended!

We stayed with family for two nights and got great support from the staff. They don't have good catering services, but they helped us order food whenever we asked. The street outside is noisy, yet the place is well soundproofed, so the commotion didn't bother us. It's acceptably close to District 1's city center and sits between D1 and District 2, making it possible to head to D2 for entertainment too. I highly recommend staying here.

The receptionist was professional and friendly, and the hotel was among the cleanest, most comfortable places I've stayed in SG. I'd stay here again.
