The night porter was unpleasant several times when I only asked him for help. He acted like he didn’t understand and made fun of us. Apart from that, it’s a pretty nice hotel.

The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were great. It’s a shame you can’t get dinner at the hotel. The small restaurant is only open for breakfast.

There are lots of cafes and bars within walking distance, so it’s a handy spot to stay. The hotel is good value, in a very nice location, and the staff were helpful.

The room was too small, and the mattress was very old. They provide just one key, which you need to switch on the room’s power, so if your spouse goes out, you’re left without electricity. Lose that single key and they charge $200 US. There’s also a list on the table of charges for things guests damage or lose. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

I chose this hotel because it was convenient and close to my office. I stayed for more than a week, but when I went out to work, they removed my belongings from the room without telling me or explaining why. They also dirtied my clothes and didn’t apologize. The receptionist had a very bad attitude. I’ll never come back. Thank you.
