There were mosquitoes in my room, and I couldn’t find a hair dryer. The hotel is clean and smells nice, though, and the utilities are fairly complete. Soundproofing is acceptable, even if it isn’t great. There’s a smart TV for YouTube, but no Netflix.

The rooms were dirty, and the staff had an extremely bad attitude. I won’t be coming back.

Easy and simple, and good for the price.

The reception staff on both the day and night shifts were friendly and enthusiastic. After my seven-day stay, I got a 10% discount, which felt quite reasonable. The hotel was clean and the service was good, and it suited couples and families. I’d recommend it and would come back if I get the chance to visit Saigon again.

We arrived only to discover that the hotel had canceled our booking without telling us. My mother had broken her leg, so we had to find somewhere else to stay that night. I really don’t understand how they can run their business this way.
