It was raining in the evening, around 9 or 10 pm, when I was looking for a room. I called to ask about parking, and the host said the lot was 90 meters from the hotel. After that, I booked a non-refundable room on Agoda and called back to confirm. That's when he told me the parking information he'd given was for the Huynh Khuong Ning branch, not the one I'd booked. I spent a long time talking with him in the rain. His name on Zalo was "Thanh Dinh". I found him very bad at understanding customers and too willing to argue. I'm very disappointed with the service. With that attitude, I don't believe he can serve customers well, whether the issue is parking or anything else.

It's in a quiet neighborhood that feels ideal for resting, and the place is beautifully decorated with good facilities. The lady who looks after the house doesn't speak any English, but she's very friendly and makes things feel warm just by smiling. The owner was kind and helpful over messages if we had questions. I'd give the place 10/10 and come back next time.

The room felt a bit old, and the air conditioner couldn't swing, so it took longer to cool the room down. The people were friendly and hospitable, though English communication was limited.

We arrived and were told they hadn't kept a room for us, even though the only payment option had been to pay at the property. They ruined my day, and we'll never come back.
