The room was pleasant and clean. I got a kind welcome from the receptionist, too.
2/10
Avoid this hotel. The rooms often have no windows, and there were animals in the room. The bed was a complete mess, and sleeping in it felt like being in prison. The price is far too high for what you get, and the staff were almost disabled (I don't have anything against disabled people). Don't book this place!

I came back for another stay and this time the room was spotless, unlike last time. I appreciated the difference and will be back soon. Keep it up!
2/10
Terrible service. They didn't clean the room or replace the towels, even though the hotel service fee was charged. There were no notices or instructions about the hotel rules either.

There are plenty of local places to eat nearby, and the staff are friendly and supportive. Good hotel. I'll stay again on my next business trip, thanks!
