We left after just one night. The room had a strong cigarette odor even though it was meant to be non-smoking, and my partner woke up with several bites on her lower legs. When we asked reception about it, we were told to email “feedback,” but that address turned out not to exist. The noise made sleep impossible. Music from downstairs began in the afternoon, and our call to reception got nowhere. Later, we could hear women on the ground floor calling out to men through the night, until about 5 a.m. The hotel is in the red light district, and the lobby felt off-putting from the moment we arrived. We had booked an executive double room, expecting something comfortable, but it was shockingly cramped and nothing like the photos. It was very dark, with another building just a few meters from the window and almost no daylight. The bathroom was also in terrible shape: the toilet leaked and left the floor completely wet, which felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. This was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, with basic service, cleanliness, and honesty all falling short.

We booked three nights and left after the first one. The service was unhelpful and unpleasant, and the hotel refused to refund us, saying Agoda would deal with it. Agoda did try to help, but we felt the hotel was lying and taking advantage of tourists. For the price, you can find somewhere much better. We only realized that after staying here. The room was tiny and didn't match the hotel pictures. There was a bad smell throughout, and everything seemed old and kind of dirty. Street noise at night made it impossible to sleep. Not recommended at all.

There aren't any vegetarian breakfast choices, and the food had no labels showing what was in it. The staff seemed completely uninterested. The rooms are much smaller than the photos suggest, and quite old too.

NGAN, the manager, was the best part for me. She has such a lovely attitude and smile, though be careful with those eyes, you might fall for them 🤪 The hotel is perfectly placed for massages and fun. The furnishings have an “eccentric bohemian” style 😁, and breakfast is more suited to Asian tastes. Room 401 had everything I needed, except the TV didn't have HDMI for connecting a Fire Stick. The Wi-Fi worked well and there was hot water.
