I had a great time as a solo traveler and would stay again. The room was good value, with a comfortable bed, two chairs, a table, and a kettle. I liked being just off Bui Vien walking street, near live music and 24-hour restaurants. My balcony looked onto the alley, and Richard, the proprietor, warned me it might be loud. It was, but I was jet lagged and happy to wander around and take in the atmosphere until things quieted down around 2am. If loud music bothers you, ask for a quieter room. No other complaints.

Richard made the stay easy with his kindness, helpfulness, and perfect English. We had a private room that was comfortable and equipped with body wash, shampoo, a mini fridge, A/C, and dependable hot water. It's right in the middle of the action in Ho Chi Minh City, yet the room was pretty quiet and comfortable for resting. Nothing fancy, but we'd happily come back and recommend it.

On a short business trip, I found the inside calm and comfortable even though the area is busy. The room was basic but very clean, and the shower had good hot water pressure, which I always appreciate. Staff were attentive around the clock and helped with directions, transport, and food recommendations. A good mix of convenience, safety, and warm hospitality.

The manager and staff made me feel welcome, understood, safe, and almost like part of a family. There are shared spaces to relax in, and the rooms are clean and better than standard. It's close to Saigon nightlife, but tucked away enough for a restful night's sleep.

Richard was so sweet and helped me a lot when I realized at the airport that I'd left a bag at the hostel. The private room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. It's in a good location, and I liked the balcony.
