Brand New Cozy Home in D1 wBalcony

I came back this month after spending three weeks here in February. The rooms get cleaned every two days, and the place has everything you need. It’s central, in a good neighborhood, and good value for the money. Thanks!

Once we finally got into the room, it was fantastic. The facilities were great, the big bed was firm but comfy, the toilet was cool, and we could use the laundry. It’s away from the main town, which suited us, though you have to walk because Grab drop-offs can’t get any closer. That could be awkward in the rain or when leaving with luggage. Staff were accommodating, and even let us shower in the lobby toilet with help from the maid after we asked. They also stored our bags in the lobby, which we appreciated. Getting to that point was stressful. We still had no check-in instructions on the day of our stay, and support was slow. We were stuck outside with our bags, with no answer when we called between 4:30 and 7:30 a.m. After our SOS, staff got in touch within an hour. They offered an early check-in for an extra fee and a room upgrade, but said we had to change it through trip.com, and those rooms were taken by the time we could do that. We’re grateful they kept our luggage, and hope the rest of the stay keeps improving. I’ll update this.

The staff service was excellent, and I was very happy with the price, large room, and location. I stayed for six weeks and hope to come back next time 😊

We spent a month here and really liked the apartment’s clean condition, smart room design, and location. From the balcony, we could see the nearby park and Landmark 81. Staff were quick to answer questions on Zalo and helpful throughout. The road right outside is busy, so it can get noisy. Cross the bridge and there are lots of tasty local places around Thị Nghè market.
