It’s peaceful here, with local neighbors, and you can get around easily by Grab. The host is super friendly and understands foreigners well, having studied abroad. She’s also someone you’d want to go out for drinks and have fun with. This little hidden gem has the basics covered: a clean hot shower, a small kitchen corner with a fridge, working air conditioning, and a nice balcony overlooking a track and field stadium. There are cute cafes nearby, including Yellow Cup Cafe, and you can get fresh fruit and food at The corner. Olivia Hair Studio is a three-minute walk away if you want a new look, and there’s a bank with an ATM not far off if you need cash. I highly recommend the Cherry Blossom Boutique Airbnb.

The room was a 10/10, clean, bright, and pleasant to stay in. We were right in central D1, close to attractions and countless good restaurants. Had a great stay and would come back without hesitation.

My third-floor room had a balcony with clear views of the beautiful futbol stadium and the surrounding skyline. It made for a quiet, relaxing stay in Saigon. The room was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the host went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout. Another great property in one of Vietnam’s most luxurious and popular districts.
