Tram and her staff were so helpful. She was enthusiastic and clearly cared about her guests, and she kindly helped with my needs and luggage. The room is up three flights of narrow stairs with no elevator, so carrying a lot of bags isn’t ideal. I’m very grateful to her. The central location made it easy to walk to tourist spots without worrying about traffic, with lots to do and plenty of good places for food and coffee. You get incredible direct views of the fireworks, making it a great place for NYE or any holiday.

The location was great, and the rooms were cozy, stylish, and just like the photos. Tram was always reachable and very helpful, which made everything easy and comfortable. A beautiful Airbnb with an amazing host. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Step outside and you’re straight into one of Saigon’s friendliest, most charming neighborhoods. It was a great experience from start to finish 😊😊. The property is lovely, and the large, clean room was comfortable. There’s a kitchenette and a big dining area in the shared space, so you and your companions can eat together. If you want to really immerse yourself in the local Vietnamese community, this is the place.

I was really disappointed after seeing the good reviews. The owner messaged us that morning about an AC problem in our room and offered another one. We said we’d come see it, but when we arrived she didn’t come down and refused to check us in. She also refused a refund over the phone. It took a terrible few hours dealing with Agoda before we finally got the booking canceled.
