I only expected to stay one night for work, but after checking into room 604, I was so impressed that I extended it to seven days because my schedule kept me nearby. The price was very reasonable, really cheap, and the place was clean and comfortable. The room had a great shower, a curved love sofa, and lights in seven colors to set the mood. The bed and towels were clean, and the internet was fantastic. The owners were kind and helpful, and the owner speaks very good English, which made arranging things easy. They can arrange laundry, printing, and food, though those services are outsourced. I’ll stay here again whenever I visit.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels for work, but this was the first time I’d ever heard that a booking made for April 4 would count as a stay starting April 5. I booked and paid through Agoda for three nights, April 4 to April 7, at 8 PM on April 4, 2026. I messaged the hotel before coming and got no reply. When I arrived close to 1 AM, the receptionist told me every room was full and said they’d move me to another hotel under the same owner. I’d booked this hotel, so why was I being sent elsewhere? They said it was nearby, but it was almost 5 km away. The hotel claimed their rules meant bookings made after 8 PM checked in at 2 AM the following day. So was I still supposed to pay for April 4, even though I’d booked and paid for it? The owner was irresponsible, kept switching off their phone, and was busy. After a long trip late at night, I was made to travel another leg. The Agoda payment had gone to the owner's account, but they then said the ownership had changed. They apparently hadn’t updated the account details on Agoda, and had collected the money without releasing it. It turned out the other hotel was too busy and wouldn’t refund the money. I’m sharing this so people check carefully before booking and don’t get caught in the same situation with a different owner, as I did.

A quiet hotel, which is perfect if you’re short on sleep. The staff were lovely and pretty 🌷
