The room was dirty, and the linens had hair and sand on them, along with an active ant infestation. The toilet was broken and there was no hot water because the heater was missing or not working. I asked to change rooms, but the problems were still unresolved. Before my flight, I raised the issues with a staff member on site. She asked me not to post about it publicly because she was worried about her job. The facility is in poor shape and needs major maintenance. Most utilities were out of order, even the basic lighting. I’d advise others to find somewhere else and avoid the same hassle.

The receptionist gave me all the information I needed, helped book a Grab, and assisted with other things. The room felt luxurious and had full furnishings and facilities. It’s near the airport, and there’s good parking downstairs for motorbikes. 🇸🇬

Cleanliness was hard to find, and I had to keep reminding the staff to clean. They were uncooperative, and I waited a long time for the receptionist to appear at check-in. The room was small, with just one bed. There were no towels, refrigerator, or kettle for hot water. It seems tourists choose this place because the rates are low. An average stay.

Handy for a stopover in Ho Chi Minh. The airport is about 8 minutes away, and there are cafes nearby. My room was clean and comfortable, and I liked the interior.

This deserved zero stars. The hotel overbooked and refused to accommodate guests because it had run out of rooms. We were left to find somewhere else ourselves, and with such short notice had to pay a high price at another hotel. Stay away.
