The mall downstairs is convenient, but it’s messy and noisy. The building exterior needs to be cleaner, and the garbage room design feels dated. The lifts are worn and stuffy, with no AC, while the access card panels are also worn. There aren’t enough CCTV cameras in the corridors. Service fees are expensive for what you get, and with so few occupants there’s no management committee to represent residents’ needs fairly. The community room on the 3rd floor is decent, but the games room is underused and should be replaced with something useful.

The apartment management was supportive, but living in unit 1903, block E, for two years was a nightmare. The unit owner was really sick, so please watch out. There was no breeze or sunshine, and it got extremely hot inside even when it was cool outside. The rent situation really tested my patience, and I’ll never forget the experience. Security staff lived on the rooftop and smoked in the lift. It didn’t feel safe, the power was often turned off, and moving out meant paying a ridiculous deposit. Even now, thinking about living here is annoying.
