The double booking meant they first told me there was no room, though they eventually found one. Nothing was provided except two stained bath towels, not even toilet roll. The floors were dirty, and a leaking bathroom pipe caused a bad smell and bugs. Construction in the hotel or building was very loud every day from very early. On my last day, at 06:20AM, a cleaner woke me by entering, switching on all the lights, and then leaving as I woke. I followed her and was told they thought I'd checked out. My belongings were on the table by the entrance and my key card was in the slot, so it was obvious I was still in the room. I was so relieved to check out.

A horrible experience. They had work done above our house for 15 days and kept our deposit because we left four days before the lease ended, even though we'd given notice in advance. They also raised the rent and electricity prices. Dishonest people. RUN AWAY 👎

I was happy living here before I left Saigon during the pandemic. The staff were amazing and kind, but the new owners brought in questionable changes and drove tenants out with bizarre behavior. Living here no longer feels like value for money, and the owners have made the staff miserable. They also introduced hidden card fees without telling tenants, and I'm not sure that's legal. This place used to be much better.

The studio apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, and the 2BR apartment was huge with all the facilities. The host and staff were friendly and helpful, taking care of every detail. Prices were affordable too, around 28-35$ per night. Loved it, and I'll be back soon!
