Cozrum Home - Daisy House

The price is good, and the location right in the middle of Oachman is really convenient. It’s clean, has warm water and AC, plus a little kitchen. Self check-in, and everything was fine.

I confirmed I’d cover all the costs, but staff still wouldn’t help return my lost items after they found them. They only told me to come back to the hotel in person. No help with shipping or any other option.

Communication was the one good part. They replied quickly, and after we asked about the dirt under the beds, they cleaned it the next day. But with two children under three, cleaning only every three days really didn’t work for us, and the place was extremely filthy. The kitchen had dirty dishes in the cupboard and a dirty sink, so we didn’t use it. The floors were awful, and under the beds was shocking, with dust and rubbish like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. We bought cleaning products and did the floors ourselves. The room itself was modern and spacious, and close to popular attractions, shops, and restaurants. Still, the lack of cleanliness and care ruined our stay in Ho Chi Mim City. It could have so much potential, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was the only good thing. The room was really dirty, with garbage left by previous guests. We asked several times for it to be cleaned, but during our three days there, nobody did.
