The check-in setup was a mess: the key card wasn't in the box, and the password they gave me didn't work. I called the hotline around a dozen times with no answer, then tried Zalo and got a slow reply. The room wasn't ready when I arrived at 2 p.m., so I had to wait outside for housekeeping. I was on the third floor with no elevator, and hauling my suitcase and bag up the stairs nearly made me faint. There wasn't a toothbrush either. The hotel said it was for security or something, so they don't provide them to guests? I was very annoyed by the time I got into my room at 3 a.m. after arriving at 2 a.m. They also said motorbikes couldn't be parked inside, though since I was only there one night and out most of the time, they let me leave mine there anyway. If you're not ready to host people, don't accept bookings. I won't return, and I'll tell my friends to stay away.

Room 101 was in awful shape. There was black sand all over the bed and more on the bathroom doormat. The doorknob was broken too, and nobody had bothered to replace it.

The mattress had sand and lots of black dust on it, and the small room was inconvenient. They said fire safety was why I couldn't park my motorbike inside, but other guests were allowed to, with about four or five bikes parked there. They also supplied no toiletries like a toothbrush or toothpaste. A terrible stay.
