Dazi Signature

The room made it easy to rest well during my two-night stay at Dazi Signature Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, from 1-3 November 2025. It was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and just right for traveling solo. I slept really well. The service also impressed me. Staff were attentive and professional every time I interacted with them, and the stay felt like a 5-star experience. Thank you for making the visit so comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll definitely recommend Dazi Signature Hotel to others.

The location was a real highlight. We walked around to explore, with plenty of good food nearby: Pho Vietnam and Pho Sol were a one-minute walk away and had the best pho I’ve ever eaten. Ca Phe Linh, also a minute away, served great coffee and was popular with locals. Ben Thành was five minutes away, massage spas were plentiful nearby, and Saigon Opera House was a 15-minute walk. Reception staff were consistently warm and helpful. Thanks to An, Tomaz, and the other staff who made the stay pleasant. The in-room dining was tasty too, though I only tried the noodles and porridge from the small menu. The room had no doorbell, so staff had to knock and call out to get our attention, which wasn’t ideal. The lobby was small but sufficient. The basement public toilet was unpleasant, with toilet paper overflowing from the bin and hanging plastic bag, and a bad smell. We stayed in the Resort Room on the 7th floor. It was very quiet, with no traffic noise even though busy roads were nearby. The room had enough cabinet and table space, a sofa at the foot of the bed, and a rocking chair I loved. Netflix was available without needing my own account, though the WiFi was sometimes spotty. The bathtub was spacious enough for my wife and me, but felt extremely luxurious for one person, and I’m about 1.7m tall. Its rounded sides made me slip around, and there was nowhere to set soap, toiletries, or a book or device. A little side table might help. The rain shower was good, and the double vanity sinks worked well. The bath water was often only just warm enough in the late afternoon and evening, while mornings could bring very hot water. I suspect hot water supply and demand was the reason. Filtered drinking water, hot water, ice, coffee, and tea were always available in the lobby, though the ice maker was small and easy to empty. Two bottles of filtered water were delivered to the room each day. The hotel also brought a kettle to the room on my first day to boil and keep water warm. For drinking, use only bottled or filtered water. The toilet had a bidet spray, and toiletries and towels were provided. It’s a charming little boutique hotel with themed rooms. There seemed to be two rooms per floor, and the rooms had lifts. We’d definitely come back, maybe to try a different room.

The location made getting around easy, with Ben thanh market within walking distance. The service was great too: staff suggested places to visit and explained where to get a SIM card and exchange cash. A guard even helped carry our luggage across the street after our Grab driver dropped us off. We booked the last Vegas room, which has a casino theme and felt different from the usual. At first it smelled damp, but since we were out most of the time it didn’t bother us much. Turning on the AC cleared it up.

The themed rooms at Dazi Signature can be changed during your stay if you ask. We were there with our child, so I’d mention that when booking to help get a suitable room. I first assumed it was a love hotel, but it’s more of a concept hotel. The staff were so welcoming, and they even did our laundry for free. We had a fantastic stay and I’d happily recommend booking here.
