Lela Homestay Saigon

We're into our second week here and absolutely love it. It's a swanky, vintage, very quiet box capsule hostel/hotel-apartment, in an old school building on the 4tf floor. The loft has a downtown Los Angeles/Manhattan NYC feel, and the city views at night are gorgeous. The photos I posted really don't do it justice. We had the top bunk, with a fan pointed our way, and the air conditioning was just right. The bathrooms are clean, and the apartment loft smells fresh and clean when you walk in. The wifi is strong. It's not a party hostel, which suits us. More for couples, but solo traveling nomads too. We loved it here and booked an extra week. We're looking forward to coffee and breakfast tomorrow. Update: the eggs and toast were great! They also served a rice-filled meat dish wrapped in banana leaves yesterday, with toast and coffee. It was delicious.

It's a tiny, cozy hostel with friendly staff and a lovely balcony, right in the center. The air conditioning was just right, and they had free fruit through the day plus breakfast snacks with coffee or tea. The bathrooms are small, and the curfew is ridiculous.

The terrace was a real highlight, with fresh air and a nice view over the city. The hostel is comfortable, clean, fully air-conditioned, and has a good atmosphere. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are free, and it’s easy to meet other travelers. It’s on the fourth floor, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Lela homestay is right in central Saigon, which made it easy to shop, find food, and visit popular spots. I could get to Notre Dame Church in about two minutes. The staff were really friendly, and there was a beautiful girl playing guitar there, which was nice. The hot water machine for the shower and the air conditioner were convenient too. I had an amazing stay and will be back soon.
