We ended up leaving this hotel for another one, even though we’d paid for the full week of our vacation in Ho Chi Ming City District 5. The room was filthy and had an unbearable smell. Mold covered the window sills, the mattresses were worn and uncomfortable, the walls were stained, and the sheets and towels looked dirty. The fridge didn’t work properly, construction outside was loud, and we found two huge roaches with ants everywhere. The worst part was having no hot water at all, so we had to use cold water, and I eventually caught a cold. The receptionist couldn’t help because of the hotel’s policies, and there were no other rooms available. Photos on all the booking websites were completely inaccurate. I strongly recommend staying away. If I could, I’d give the hotel no stars.

Breakfast and late-night snacks are easy to find about 100m away, and the prices are reasonable. I got crispy fried noodles for just 42k. The room was clean and nice, up to hotel standards, and the reception staff were friendly.

I’ve stayed here twice, and the wifi was broken both times. The phone signal was weak on my second visit too. I couldn’t work, everything kept loading. Hope they fix it soon.
