I stayed for 11 days, from 25th Sep to 5th October, and the price per night was reasonable. My room on the 6th floor was one of two at the back of the hotel. They shared a balcony with a city view about 100 meters away, and being at the back meant I wasn't bothered by street noise. The room was nice and kept clean. The reception staff deserve a special mention. Ms. Thao always had a kind, sweet smile, and Ms. Thu was polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is on a small street with a few little cafes. The main road is a short walk away, with a Circle K plus small and large cafes, juice stands, and other convenience shops. Nguyen Hue walking street is about 6.2 km away. Buses to the city center run every 10 minutes and take about 20 minutes to reach Benh Thanh Market. There are also plenty of motorbike and car taxis that get you there faster.

You pay in cash only, and there's not much to see nearby, but catching a bus to the city center is super easy. The shared balcony has a city view. Staff are very friendly, and it's great value for money. No issues at all. I'd recommend it to budget travelers.

I spent 12 days here on my own and would happily come back. It feels quite secure, is easy to find, and has loads of food options nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable and cleaned regularly. Well worth the price.

The staff were the best, and this is a great little hotel. From the balconies on the 4th and 5th floors, you get a great city view. The street is busy and has about four of every kind of shop you could imagine, along with lots of street vendors.

The rooms were adequate and cheap, though the air conditioning was noisy and leaked onto the floor. The location wasn't good for visiting the city, but we were there to see friends. Google Maps had the hotel misplaced around number 1500, where there weren't any hotels. I suggested an update, so maybe it's been fixed by now.
